Meet the Founder

For over 15 years, Lynne Wagner has been helping clients and employers build their brand reputation and presence with her expert marketing strategies, innovative programs, and creative vision.

From 2007 to 2018, Lynne was Senior Director of Marketing Programs at  TTA — the oldest and largest Learning and Development Talent and Solutions firm in the U.S.  In this role, she developed the organization’s marketing strategies, branding, and messaging. During her career at TTA, she created the go-to-market strategies to brand the company in five (5) new markets and launched nine (9) new services.  Additionally, Lynne built TTA’s brand reputation and positioning through creative lead generation programs, collateral development, print and digital advertising, thought leadership, and sales enablement programs.  The results of her efforts were evidenced by a 378% increase in revenue for the company. 

Prior to joining TTA in 2007, Lynne was Vice President of Marketing at The Norseman Group Northeast, LLC, and Cleaner By Nature, LLC.

Lynne has also authored several articles which have been featured in leading Learning and Development trade publications.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also possesses 14 certifications in digital marketing and analytics.
